Compliance 4 Buildings Ltd is a unique company forged on experience and commitment to our customers. We are unique for a number of reasons. Firstly, for offering a complete solution to building compliance and secondly for our project managed approach.
A number of companies offer services for compliance however very few have approached building compliance as a whole. The overlap between testing requires a singular approach which appreciates the complexity and intricacies. We understand that not all companies may require the full spectrum of services offered by Compliance 4 Buildings. In such cases we aim to create a team environment working with companies for the benefit of our client.
Project Managed Approach
In order to facilitate the requirements of our customers we assign a project manager at the outset. We do this to ensure from day 1 that we are working towards a common objective.
The role and responsibility of the project manager is simple: to make the process for our customers simple, time efficient and cost effective.
There will often be the need for customers to be in regular contact with our project managers. All customers are supplied with a mobile number and email address of their respective project manager. Our project managers commit to responding to all queries raised by our customers within 2 working hours. When the answer is outside of our control we will provide regular updates via our customers preferred method of contact.
